This meeting brings together professional archivists from corporate, academic, government, and private institutions in Georgia and the region for an exciting two days of scholarship and networking. The 2021 annual meeting will be a unique opportunity to reach a large audience of archivists from across the southeast and beyond!

Levels of sponsorship
Keynote Sponsorship
$750–(sold out, thank you!) Vendors will have their logo displayed on the opening slide with a thank you, and vendor gets a 60-minute break slot to meet with interested attendees, a ½ page ad in the program and their logo with link on the SGA meeting page.
Plenary Sponsorship
$650 – (Sold out, thank you!) Vendors will have their logo displayed on the opening slide with a thank you, and vendor gets a 30-minute break slot to meet with interested attendees, a ½ page ad in the program and their logo with link on the SGA meeting page.
Workshop Sponsorship
$600 - (2 still available) Vendor gets their logo and thanks on the opening slide while attendees are entering the workshop. They also have a 5-minute timeslot to address the attendees before the workshop starts. Also, a ½ page ad in the program and their logo with link on SGA meeting page.
60-minute Break
$400 – (sold out, thank you!) Vendors can purchase a 60-minute time slot to provide a demo of their products and engage with meeting participants willing to attend. Vendors will also get a ½ page ad in the digital program and recognition on our website.
15-minute Break
$250 – (2 available) Vendors can purchase a 30-minute time slot to provide a demo of their products and engage with meeting participants willing to attend. Vendors will also get a ½ page ad in the digital program and recognition on our website.
Advertisements
Advertisements in the conference program will reach the entire SGA membership. Vendors may also provide office hours and a link for participants to meet with them during those hours which will be listed in the program. The program will be permanently accessible at www.soga.org
