Manage Your Team To Greater Efficiency and Engagement with the Tilmor Process (Pre-Conference Workshop)

Join this virtual hands-on workshop to learn how to use the Tilmor Process for managers to get the information you need from your team members in order to manage them to engagement and satisfaction. This workshop is for anyone who manages at least one other person or is moving into a management position and who wants to gain skills to make managing more fluid and make your team an easy place to do great work.

This session is led by Magda Pecsenye, who created the Tilmor Process. She is passionate about teaching managers and owners to use processes to release information to be useful, and to level access and influence in organizations. She has an AB in Comparative Literature from Bryn Mawr College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
