Steeples, Bells and Pews: A Celebration of Woodstock’s Early In-Town Churches

Where: Woodstock Visitor’s Center
            (historic Dean’s Store)
            8588 Main Street
            Woodstock, GA

Description: Preservation Woodstock is holding an exhibit containing photos, documents and memorabilia featuring the early in-town churches. The event will be held at historic Dean's Store, 1-4. A walking tour of the old churches is scheduled on the same day. To close the event, the public is invited to a storyteller session, Saturday, November 19, in which current and former members of the churches will share memories and passed-down accounts.
