The Nile Valley Conference II: From the Nile to the Niger to the Mississippi

The Second Nile Valley Conference: From the Nile To the Niger To the Mississippi will be held in Atlanta Tuesday, September 20 to Saturday, September 24, 2011. Ambassador Andrew Young, The Honorable Patsy Jo Hilliard, Multiple co-conveners – the Atlanta University Center Robert W. Woodruff Library, the Martin Luther King, Jr. International Chapel at Morehouse College, the Per Ma'at Foundation, the Association for the Study of Classical African Civilizations and others – will host a dynamic community of researchers, writers, and lecturers to present expanded and ever-evolving knowledge of the world's founding civilization in northeast Africa.
