Evolving Technologies: Using Digital Spaces Effectively
The 2023 program focuses on leveraging digital spaces purposefully and efficiently. Presentations will examine how archivists build practical approaches on digital stewardship, content management, and outreach that highlight innovative research, applied projects, and collective insights that improve our understanding of archival work.
October 11-13 at Kennesaw State University and virtually in November 8-9
This year, we are setting up more inclusive sponsorship opportunities for our partners. Your sponsorship dollars will not only support the Annual Meeting (both in person and virtual )but also support Georgia Archives Month.
Pamphlet level $250: Your organization's flyers/pamphlets/swag at the check in SGA table at the annual meeting. Not staffed, no registration. Just a way to promote your organization and products. Virtual flyer (1-2 flyers) uploaded for virtual program.
Item level $500: Annual meeting registration for 1 person, table for your organization at annual meeting, recognition in the conference program, and opportunity to attend all in-person activities at annual meeting (all sessions, both days with a table for your organization). Virtual flyer (1-2) uploaded for the virtual program.
Folder level $800: All of the previous levels’ benefits, plus logo on SGA, GAM and GAI. During October (GAM and Annual Meeting months) 2 social media posts. Includes registration for 2 people. Virtual flyer (1-2) uploaded for the virtual program and 1 (1-5 min youtube video) shared during virtual program.
Box level $900: All of the previous levels’ benefits, plus choice of sponsorship of the Breakfast Day 2 at SGA Annual Meeting. (SOLD OUT)
Series level $1200: All of the previous levels’ benefits (minus break sponsorship), plus Keynote Sponsorship 5-10 minute talk about your product/service during the conference program before the Keynote. (SOLD OUT)
Collection level $1400: All the previous levels’ benefit (minus Keynote and Break sponsorships). You will be listed as co-sponsor of the Annual Meeting Reception, with flyers and swag placed on all tables at reception, and will be thanked at the reception. Main sponsor of the virtual program. Logo added to the SGA Business meeting presentations and mention.
Email program logos to program@soga.org or vendorcoordinator@gmail.com by September 15, 2023. Program logos may be color or black and white. Image files should be high-resolution (at least 300 ppi) and preferably in TIFF format.
