12:22 AM -- Called to order by President Morna Gerrard.

President Morna Gerrard welcomed everyone to the 2008 Annual Meeting. She noted that over 80 members were attending the Annual Meeting and that SGA has a record 228 members. She recognized the Board and committee chairs and gave special thanks to Elizabeth Russey, Teresa Burk, speakers, committee chairs and members who organized and participated in the Annual Meeting.
